Substitute Alvaro Morata was the match-winner as his late strike sealed Juventus' progress into the last four of the Coppa Italia at the expense of Parma.
Morata has struggled to find the net this season for the Turin club, but he scored for the sixth time this campaign a minute from time to see off their stubborn hosts 1-0.
Lazio were victorious on Tuesday night with the final two places to be taken up by the winners of Roma v Fiorentina and Napoli v Inter Milan.
Juventus will play the winners of the Roma and Fiorentina tie, hoping to continue the good form that has seen them seven points clear at the top of Serie A.
