VUDA invites applications online for allotment of apartments in Haritha Housing project at Madhurawada and units in Row Housing at Rushikonda.
VUDA Vice-Chairman T. Baburao Naidu said applications will be received online from January, 28 (Wednesday) till February 27. The Row Housing Project at Rushikonda has already been completed.
Apartments in Haritha project will be allotted by draw of lots and the Row Housing units in open auction. A total of 29 units will be allotted at Rs.2,700 an sft. In the Row Housing 58 duplex units are available.
The upset price for A- Category unit with 2066 sft plinth area is Rs.71 lakhs, B (2114 sft, Rs.72 lakhs), C (2222 sft, Rs.77 lakhs) and D Category (2386 sft, Rs.82.5 lakhs). The draw of lots for allotment of Haritha flats will be conducted on March 2 and the auction of Row Housing units on March 3 at Vysakhi Jala Udyanavanam.
