Educational qualification:
Pilots: The candidates applying for this post should have an ATPL issued by Director General of Civil Aviation, Government of India; Instrument Rating endorsement on Indian ATPL; FRTO license issued by DGCA and RTR (P)/ RTR (C)/ RTR issued by Ministry of Communication, WPC Wing, Government of India.
Operating/ Cabin crew scheduling officers: The candidates applying for this post should be graduates in any discipline.
Station Co-ordinator: The candidates applying for this post should be graduates in any discipline.
Airline Attendants: The candidates applying for this post should have completed their graduation or they should have passed Class 12th and should be having a diploma in Hotel Management / Catering Technology.
Age limit:
Pilots: The candidates applying for this post should not age more than 55 years.
Operating/ Cabin crew scheduling officers: The candidates applying for this post should not age more than 55 years.
Station Co-ordinator: The candidates applying for this post should not age more than 35 years.
Airline Attendants: The candidates applying for this post should not age more than 24 years.

Also, the candidates should send the attested copies of relevant documents and testimonials along.
The selected candidates will get a pay scale as mentioned below:
- Pilots: As per the industry standards
- Operating/ Cabin crew scheduling officers: Rs 35,000 per month.
- Station Coordinator: Rs 25,000 per month.
- Airline Attendants: Rs 25,000 per month.
