Ramgarhia girls win PU softball championship

LUDHIANA: Softball team of Ramgarhia Girls College won Panjab University Softball Championship held in PU. They defeated GCG-11 in the knockout match and went on to clinch the coveted prize by defeating three teams in the league-GNKCW, Ludhiana, SGGSC for Women, Sec 26, Chandigarh, and KCW Ludhiana.
Captain of the team, Amritpreet Kaur thanked prof Rajeshwarpal Kaur and prof Jasvir Kaur for their constant encouragement.Principal Dr Narinder Sandhu, met victorious team and wished them luck for their future endeavours. She also appreciated the zeal of the coaches S Nirmal Singh and Amit Kumar in preparing the team.
