Samantha Henderson: Man Charged With Murder

A man has been charged with the murder of Samantha Henderson, nearly a week after she was reported missing.

Dorset Police said 27-year-old Dominic Isom, the partner of Ms Henderson, was charged over her disappearance.

The whereabouts of Ms Henderson, 25, are still unknown.

She was last seen at around 3pm on 21 January, outside Corfe Castle Primary School.

The mother-of-four was reported missing from the village at 8.43am on 22 January.

Isom is due to appear at Bournemouth Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.

Major Crime Investigation Team senior investigating officer Neil Devoto said: "Following extensive enquiries, we have consulted with John Montague at the Crown Prosecution Service who authorised the charge of murder.

"Family liaison officers have updated Samantha’s family with this development.

"Clearly, this is a very difficult time for the whole family and they have requested privacy. Her children are being cared for by relatives."

Police said the search for Ms Henderson's body continues, with specialist teams being brought in as part of the investigation.

Police have also asked for witnesses to come forward who may have seen her blue Peugeot 307 estate car, registration HV04 ZFM, between 21 and 23 January.
