NTT DATA opens Cloud Services Command Center

BANGALORE, INDIA: NTT DATA Global Delivery Services Limited (NTT DATA) has announced the establishment of its Cloud Services Command Center at its Global Village campus called Global Service Operations Center (GSoC).

This state-of-the-art facility enables NTT DATA to support its global customers in the areas of remote and cloud IT Infrastructure and Applications Management, with an enhanced capability to provide predictable, reliable, and cost effective services.

This new center is designed to meet the market demand for collaboration between services and technology platforms in addition to ensuring enhanced operations capabilities.

This facility is positioned with NTT DATA’s proprietary monitoring and management capabilities targeted to support companies across the manufacturing, healthcare, life sciences, and retail industries. NTT DATA plans to interlink the GSoC in Bangalore with two additional centers in Tokyo and Louisville, Kentucky.
