Days get hotter in Adilabad

January 27, 2015 12:00 am | Updated 05:44 am IST - ADILABAD:

The days have become considerably hotter in Adilabad what with the maximum day temperature recorded since the last five days being over 31 degree Celsius.

Warmer nights

The nights have also become warmer when compared to the latter half of December of the earlier half of January as the minimum temperature is pegged between 16 degree and 19 degree Celsius. In December, the temperatures had plunged to below the 4 degree Celsius mark for a few days causing much dislocation in the daily routine of people.

The day temperatures during that period ranged between 21 degree and 26 degree Celsius until a three-day cloudy spell brought some relief in January.

The minimum temperature once again fell to about 5 degree Celsius in the second week of this month while the day temperature remained constant at about 26 or 27 degree Celsius.

Unbearable

As the current spell has come soon after the pleasant day atmosphere, the heat has become rather unbearable, people feel.
