Stating that complete development of State was a top priority of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah-led government, Housing and Mandya district in-charge minister, M.H. Ambareesh underlined the development agenda of the State Government.

He was delivering the Republic Day address, after unfurling the national flag and taking a salute, at Sir M. Visvesvaraya district stadium here on Monday.

Mr. Ambareesh said, “We have already introduced several popular programmes such as Anna Bhagya, Ksheera Bhagya, Arogyashree, Arogya Bhagya and Jyoti Sanjeevini. Also we have waived loans for farmers and have been giving incentives to milk producers.”

He has also listed several other programmes such as Kandaya Adalat, Pension Adalat and mobile court. Students of various institutions, NSS, NCC and Scouts and Guides participated in a parade/cultural programmes.

Deputy Commissioner M.M. Ajay Nagabhushan, Superintendent of Police Bhushan Gulabrao Borase and others were present.
