Russian national molested, robbed

A 25-year-old Russian national was allegedly molested by an auto-rickshaw driver late on Saturday night in South Delhi. Police said she took an auto-rickshaw to her rented accommodation in Vasant Kunj when the driver robbed her off her purse which contained her passport, visa, mobile phone and money. Police said he also molested and physically assaulted her. Police said they tracked the victim’s cell phone to Rajokri, arrested the driver and recovered her belongings. Police said the Russian national had come to India two months ago and was staying in Goa. She came to Delhi a week ago and was looking to make a break in modelling, police said.
