Saurabh Shukla-starrer wins award at Jaipur fest

The makers of the Hindi film Identity Card - producer Zeba Sajid and director Rahat Kazmi – picked yet another award for their film at a film festival held in Rajasthan recently.

The evening saw actress Padmini Kolhapuri present the award to the director. Also present for the occasion were Prashantt Guptha, Om Puri, Tariq Khan and Vipin Sharma. The film also stars Tia Bajpai and Saurabh Shukla, but the two were unable to make it.
Identity Card, which released last year, is set in Kashmir. It is the story of a journalist from Delhi who goes to the valley to shoot a documentary. She gets caught there by STF and loses her identity card, from where her rollercoaster experience starts.
