BUKIT MERTAJAM: DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng (pix) has dared PAS president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang to declare that PAS was not consulted over Penang's push for local government elections.

Lim said when the issue of local elections were raised during their meetings, PAS leaders had agreed that it was unlikely the Barisan Nasional (BN) at Federal level would agree to the move but said Penang could go ahead and try.
