BUDGAM, Jan 24: The Additional District Development Commissioner has suspended 18 officials who were found unauthorizedly absent from duty during a surprise inspection.
The employees placed under suspension were from Revenue, CA&PD, Rural Development, NIC, Education, Agriculture and Forest Departments.
Meanwhile, on the instructions of the Deputy Commissioner Baramulla, a surprise inspection of various Government offices including ZEO Office Boniyar, Sub-Treasury office and CAPD Boniyar was conducted by Tehsildar Boniyar today.
