Stalls at utsav sell homeo medicine

The stall set up for distribution of preventive homeo medicine for swine flu attracted a good number of people at Ramakrishna Beach, the main venue for the Visakha Utsav, on Friday. Volunteers of Umar Alisha Rural Development Trust distributed the medicine along with a pamphlet on the precautions to be taken. With a few stalls set up and others still coming up, people queued up at the trust’s stall to take the preventive pills.

Sai projects

President of the Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations, A. P. and Telangana, S.G. Chalam, inaugurated a stall set up as part of the 90{+t}{+h}birth anniversary celebrations of Sri Sathya Sai Baba to create awareness on the free service projects of the organisation.

He released a poster containing information on youth, medical, and emergency services, infrastructure, and nutritious food for women.

District president V.R. Nageswara Rao was present.
