Power brokers Bill Bratton, John Catsimatidis, Rep. Carolyn Maloney and Bill O’Reilly were spotted at the Carlyle on Thursday at a 70th birthday bash for former City Council President Andrew Stein.

Also celebrating were directors Woody Allen, James Toback and Ken Burns, as well as Monica Crowley and Missy Hargraves.

“Toback, who knew Lyndon B. Johnson, was in deep conversation with Burns about his in-progress Vietnam War documentary for PBS,” a spy said, adding that Toback toasted Stein along with Barbara Walters and Rikki Klieman.

Walters, who traditionally toasts Stein on his birthday, said, “70 is the new 50,” and thanked Stein for his years of loyal friendship.
