Forensic experts have confirmed that the fingerprints of the 25-year-old Uber rape victim matched the prints lifted from the Swift Dzire car, where the alleged rape took place last month.
In his deposition on Friday, Harinder Prasad, a senior scientific officer-II in the Central Forensic Science Laboratory, CBI, told the special fast track court of Additional Sessions Judge Kaveri Baweja that he had lifted and developed fingerprints during inspection of the car.
Prasad said the chance prints had matched with the specimen finger and palm prints of the woman.
