The ‘Tadka Punjab Da’ food festival is on till February 6 at My Fortune, Bengaluru, Richmond Road. The festival will showcase glorious and sumptuous delicacies from Punjab.

The chefs of My Fortune, Bengaluru will prepare the traditional delicacies of Punjab in their trademark style using authentic ingredients and adding a unique twist to them.

This will be an opportunity for the connoisseurs to relish vegetarian and non-vegetarian preparations.

The menu includes welcome drinks, appetisers, the main course and desserts. ‘Shuruaat’, a glass of

‘Chaati wali Looni Lassi’ or ‘Badami Kesar Malai Lassi’, will be offered as a refreshing drink. The appetisers will have ‘Saag ki Tikki’, ‘Sarson Wala Paneer Angaar’, ‘Mutton Bootha Kebab’ or ‘Amritsari Machi’ among others. Aromatic dishes such as ‘Amritsari Chole’, ‘Aloo Adraki’, ‘Sarso da Saag Rarha Mutton’ and ‘Patiala Shahi’ will enchant your senses for sure. For those with a sweet tooth there are some irresistible desserts to gorge on such as ‘Gajar Halwa’, ‘Rabdi’, ‘Jalebi’,  ‘Moong Dal Halwa’ and ‘Besan Ladoos’.
