New machines to showcase at Fruit Logistica

Visitors to the Kronen stand at this year’s Fruit Logistica can see for themselves the practical and customer-orientated live demonstrations of new products as well as machines of the comprehensive Kronen range. Kronen will showcase its flexible and attractive solutions for processing salad, fruit and vegetable, with a high-performance offering.

The Kronen novelties are:

The new AMS 220 pineapple & melon peeling machine is ideally suited to peel fruit in a great variety of different shapes and sizes
Capacity: up to 4 fruit / min.
The newly developed GDM 35 grape destemmer is perfectly suited for automatic destemming of grapes. The machine ensures that the grapes are neatly loosened ("unscrewed") without damaging the grapes.
Capacity: up to 240 kg / h
The modular build, compact CP 350 packaging machine with intelligent control system applies to economic packing of all types of free-flow and pasty food and non-food products.
Capacity: up to 40 bags / min.
The FlowDry 1500 is a weight system for de-watering of hard vegetables, perfectly suited to prevent too much free moisture on the products.

Customers can take advantage of the synergy effects resulting from the complementary portfolios of the Kronen cooperative partners GKS Packaging - NL-Son, JFPT Foodlife - NL-Zwolle and ZTI Mechatronics / NL-Tuitjenhorn. The competent quartet of companies offers comprehensive and integrated solutions for a wide variety of applications, thus achieving considerable cost advantages which customers can use in their value chain.

For the third consecutive year, Kronen stand visitors may enjoy the “live culinary event” of the gourmet chefs W. Blum and A. Eigner. Again, they will prepare delicious dishes according to the recipes of the annual Kronen calendar 2015 with the slogan “A culinary journey to the East”. Due to the innovative Kronen up-to-date technique the food preparation will become a delicious cooking experience!
