Nana ready to cross borders into Pakistan

Chances are that Samruddhi Porey's latest hit film 'Dr Prakash Baba Amte - The Real Hero', which has already been screened at places like Dubai, Qatar, Muscat and Switzerland, will now be screened in Pakistan
The film is a biopic which traces the life and work of social activist Dr Prakash Baba Amte and his wife Mandakini Amte. While actor Nana Patekar essays the role of Dr Prakash Amte in the movie, actor Sonali Kulkarni portrays Mandakini Amte's part.
'I want at least one show of my film to be held in Pakistan. I have been trying to make it possible and have been in touch with some people from Dubai for that. Hope things finalize soon' director Porey told Maharashtra Times recently.
She further added 'The intent of taking the film to Pakistan is to make people over there aware of Dr Prakash Amte's exceptional contribution to the society.'
