SP Navin Gulati has embarked on a mission to reach out to people to listen to their grievances and resolve them instantly. Considering the difficulties of the people who throng the SP’s office to register their grievances every week, Dr. Gulati resolved to inspect the police stations, offices of DSPs and Circle Inspectors across the district and interact with people there, eliciting their pleas. Not only common man, but the government officials too could put forth their grievances to him, the SP said.
