Four restaurants opening at Westgate in Glendale
There's a new team of restaurants at Westgate Entertainment District, the Glendale complex next to University of Phoenix Stadium, home of the NFL Pro Bowl and Super Bowl XLIX.
Two spots have opened since December: OPA Life Greek Cafe and Fractured Prune Doughnuts. Hot N Juicy Crawfish will open on Friday, Jan. 23, and Crave Modern Waffle Sandwiches is scheduled to open on Wednesday, Jan. 28.
They join the center's 17-strong dining lineup, which includes Buffalo Wild Wings, Yard House, Saddle Ranch Chop House, Kabuki Japanese Restaurant and Which Wich. For a complete list, visit westgateaz.com/dine/dining-guide.
OPA Life Greek Cafe
The Mediterranean-inspired menu includes breakfast paninis, gyros, salads, appetizers and grilled meat skewers. Look for pork souvlaki, feta-topped fries, Greek salmon salad and a sliced gyro cheeseburger. Located near the AMC Theatres.

Fractured Prune
Fried-to-order doughnuts are dipped in the customer's choice of 19 glazes and 14 toppings. Cookies and Cream (vanilla glaze and cookie-crumb topping, Carnival (honey glaze with rainbow sprinkles), Strawberry Shortcake (berry glaze with graham crackers and powdered sugar) and S'Mores (marshmallow glaze, graham crackers and mini chocolate chips) are among the specialty combinations. Hot N Juicy Crawfish
Diners order bags of steamed crab, lobster, crawfish, clams and oysters doused with choice of seasoning, such as Louisiana style, garlic butter or lemon pepper. Hot N Juicy Crawfish is a Las Vegas-based chain. Scheduled to open Friday, Jan. 23, near the Fountain Park on the corner of Westgate and Sunset boulevards.

Crave Modern Waffle Sandwiches
You'll find dishes such as turkey sandwiches with a Belgian waffle crust at this restaurant. Crave serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert and has a variety of savory and sweet waffle combinations including waffle sandwiches, salads, sweet waffle desserts and shakes. Located near the Fountain Park at Hanna Drive and Sunrise Boulevard.
