The Lakers announced guard Kobe Bryant will play in Wednesday's game at New Orleans.

Bryant missed the last two games to rest, but it appears his body is feeling well.

"Kobe's good, he said he's ready to go," Lakers coach Byron Scott said. Scott added it will take another 10 to 15 games for Bryant to be fully healthy, which includes sitting out some of those games to rest, reports the Los Angeles Daily News.

Meanwhile, guard Ronnie Price is dealing with an elbow injury and will be a game-time decision at New Orleans. Price has missed the last two games because of the elbow injury. Jeremy Lin will start if Price is out.

The Lakers are 7 1/2-point underdogs.
