Rancho Cordova, Calif., USA - 21 January 2015 - Barco, a global leader in digital cinema technology, and digital cinema integrator Bardan Cinema have deployed 150+ DLP Cinema® projectors for Royal Films with more installations planned as the exhibitor continues to grow its cinema footprint in Latin America.

For many years, Barco and Bardan have joined forces to help exhibitors in Latin America take advantage of a growing moviegoing population in Colombia, offering the latest digital cinema technologies and complete installation, customer service and technical support. Royal Films selected several models from Barco's wide range of digital cinema projectors to ensure the perfect match for every screen, from the compact, fully integrated DP2K-10S to the award-winning DP2K-32B projector for the exhibitor's largest, premium screens.

"We have enjoyed a wonderful experience with Barco and Bardan whose professionalism, personalized attention and efficient work style have resulted in a very successful, smooth deployment," stated Habib Osman, CEO of Royal Films. "Our customers have expressed high satisfaction with the excellent quality movie presentation that we're now offering as a result of having the best digital cinema projection."

Local service and dedicated support
Barco and Bardan have provided the full continuum of customer support, from site planning to projector selection, sales and installation, to comprehensive technical assistance throughout the deployment.

"It has been our great pleasure to serve Royal Films throughout their decades of growth. Given the commitment to quality and service that we have seen from Barco over the years, we know they will prove to be the most reliable solution for our valued customers," comments Daniel Benitez, CTO for Bardan Cinema.
