Virginia Sen. Comstock welcomes a granddaughter

Rep. Barbara Comstock is welcoming her first granddaughter into the family. 

Hailey Isabel Roller was born Sunday to the Virginia Republican’s daughter, Caity, and her husband, Andrew.

{mosads}A beaming Comstock, who has a grandson, is seen holding little Hailey as she’s surrounded by pink balloons and roses, in a photo the lawmaker, 55, posted on Twitter.

“It is a real blessing to have a newborn beautiful granddaughter and to have been there with her mother and father to welcome her into the world,” Comstock told ITK. “2015 is starting off on a great note, and I would like to thank everyone for all of their kind wishes and congratulations. Caity and baby Hailey are doing great.”
