Michelin truck service centre inaugurated

Tyre maker Mich-elin on Monday opened a truck service centre at Bachupally, the first such of the company in both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

Michelin India Pvt. Ltd managing director Mohan Kumar, who inaugurated the Michelin Truck Service Centre set up in association with Sushil Truck & Bus Wheel Care, said that apart from quick service customers looked forward to services that enhanced operational efficiency of the vehicle. Michelin, he added, was focused on its strategy to be a key participant in the “radialization” of the Indian truck-and-bus tyre segment.

Apart from the newly-inaugurated centre, which is located in 3,400 sq yards, three more facilities are to be opened in different areas of the city by the year end, Sushil Truck and Bus Wheel Care owner Praveen Jain said.
