‘Tread Gandhian path, shift to khadi’

Some Gandhians on Sunday made a fervent plea, asking people to re-dedicate themselves to ‘Swadeshi’ and adopt the path shown by Mahatma Gandhi by taking to ‘khadi’ and rendering selfless service to the underprivileged sections of society. At a function organised by the Gandhi Gynan Prathistan to mark the centenary of the Pravasi Bharatiya Divas, a half-a-dozen Gandhians remembered the Mahatma. Staunch Gandhians told a modest gathering at the Exhibition Grounds here on Sunday about the sacrifices made by the Mahatma.
