Ripu, who’s been busy travelling, doing food shows as well as participating in Nach Baliye last year, was invited to the show again this year.

He says, “As a participant, I realised that even if we were good at cooking, there was so much pressure that we would forget our own recipes, especially with so many experts and people around us.I feel that as a mentor, I would be able to help them handle the stress and maintain their cool.”
