Engineering block to affect trains for eight days between Botad and Dhola

In order to carry out the maintenance work of tracks, an engineering block of four hour (from 12.20 pm to 4.20 pm) will be taken between Botad and Dhola section for eight days from January 16 to 23. As a result mega blocks, the movement of trains will be affected and some of them will remain cancelled.

RAJKOT: In order to carry out the maintenance work of tracks, an engineering block of four hour (from 12.20 pm to 4.20 pm) will be taken between Botad and Dhola section for eight days from January 16 to 23. As a result mega blocks, the movement of trains will be affected and some of them will remain cancelled.
According to Railways official, (Train No 59203) Surendranagar-Bhavnagar Passenger train departing from Surendranagar at 5.10 pm will remain fully cancelled during this block period.

Bhavnagar-Surendranagar Passenger train (train number 59204) departing from Bhavnagar at 11.10 am will remain fully cancelled during this block period.
Bhavnagar-Surendranagar Passenger train (Train number 59234) departing from Bhavnagar at 2.25pm will halt at Dhola station for 50 minutes and then proceed further during this block period.
“For the convenience of the passengers, three extra General Coaches will be attached in train (Train number 59272) Bhavnagar-Surendranagar Passenger train which departs from Bhavnagar at 8:40 am and Surendranagar-Bhavnagar Passenger train (train number 59271) which departs from Surendranagar at 1:30 pm during this block period’’ said an official.
“Passengers are requested to take note of this arrangements and contact nearby station masters for any query’’ Vinay Babtiwale, Divisional Railway Manager (DRM), Rajkot, said.
