Yuzhou Properties Awarded "2014 H-Share Top 100 Enterprises with Top 10 Most Overall Strength"

Company is awarded Top 10 (Market Cap 10bn or Below Enterprises) Most Overall Strength and ranked No.5 in the just-released list of H-Share Top 100 Enterprises. Mr. Lam Lung On, Chairman of the Group, and Ms. Venus Chiu, Head of Corporate Finance and IR of the Group, attended the award ceremony and dinner in Hong Kong JW Marriot Hotel on January 13,
2015 on behalf of the Company.
The selection of the Top 100 H-Share Enterprises, co-sponsored by Finet Group Limited, an authoritative HK-based financial media, and Tencent.com, covered all listed companies listed on the Main Board. The selection is designed to build the most authoritative and most trustworthy list of H-share listed companies, set a new value benchmark for Hong Kong's stock market and commend the brilliant achievements made by those companies on the Top
100 List, thus offering investment guides of high value to investors. Indicators of revenue, market cap, profit after tax, shareholder return and dividend rate are weighted to arrive at an overall score for each of the shortlisted company, which then will be ranked on the list of "Top 100 Enterprises with Most Overall Strength" in line with their scores. Meanwhile, a list of Top 10 Enterprises (Market Cap 10bn or Below Enterprises) with Most Overall Strength was further determined in accordance with companies' market capitalizations and the above-mentioned indicators.
Yuzhou Properties was doing pretty well in 2014, with a stable financial condition, good corporate governance and share price outperforming peers and the market.
