Hot wheels awe in an adventure-packed race

The serene valley of Lonavala reverberated with sounds of screeching wheels recently as superbikes and supercars of all shapes, paint jobs, modifications, categories and sizes zoomed on the 400 metre arrow straight track there.
Hot wheels, including Lamborghinis, Porsche, Nissan GT-R, Ducatis, Aston Martin and Harley Davidson, zoomed past the track as the 10,000 strong audience gaped in awe and applauded the 400 participants of the different races that took place there.

The event, Valley Run 2015, organised in partnership with well-known wristwatch brand Swiss Eagle and Elite Octane was a grand success. Ujjval Saraf (Director, Brandzstorm India) said, “Our brand associates itself with attributes like performance, precision and style, which is what you see in drag racing. In the past, we have partnered with movies like Expendables 3 and more. Valley Run 2015 was a cracker of an event to start the year. The atmosphere was charged up through the two-day event.”
The brand, which stands for premium timepieces created by skilled artisans, gifted actor Ali Fazal (who features in the upcoming Hollywood film Fast & Furious 7 along with international stars the late Paul Walker and Kurt Russell) with an exquisite wristwatch as he was present at the event to promote his film. Said Ali, “I am impressed by the craftsmanship and from what I have heard, its performance and strength match its looks.
