Bangladeshi actress Mahiya Mahi debuts in the Bengali industry with this film. Just as the title suggests, this film is a modern day interpretation of the Shakespearean tragedy Romeo and Juliet. Ankush and Mahiya play the gen next of two warring families. But when these two meet under tense circumstances, love blooms. Situations take a turn for the worse with lies, treachery and betrayal threatening the budding love story.
