Grontmij : announces two divestments of non-core activities in the Netherlands

De Bilt - Grontmij, a listed consulting & engineering company with a strong European presence, confirms the earlier announced finalisation of the sale and transfer of its stake in Infraflex B.V. to Brainnet (VVM Beheer B.V.) and the closing of the sale of the surveying activities in the Netherlands to Het Veldwerkbureau B.V. Both sales are part of Grontmij's strategic selected divestment programme. The transactions will have limited impact on Grontmij's financial results.

Infraflex B.V., co-founded in 1997 by Grontmij Netherlands with HaskoningDHV Nederland B.V. and Movares Nederland B.V., is a technical employment agency that operates nationally, focusing on skilled consultants and engineers. All staff and activities of Infraflex B.V. have been acquired by Brainnet, a consultant in the field of hiring management.

Grontmij's Dutch surveying activities include terrestrial data acquisition, data processing and plotting and dimensioning of works. Following the sale Grontmij and Het Veldwerkbureau will continue working together on surveying activities.
