The NYC apartment Tyra Banks is selling is just as sleek, simple and elegant as the famous designs she has worn over the years. The supermodel and host of “America’s Next Top Model” has owned the neutral, light-filled apartment for a decade.

Banks’ purchased the apartment in the Beaux Arts building at 225 Lafayette in 2005 for $2.1 million and has listed it for $3.795.

Just over 2,000 square feet, the spacious apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and an additional half bath. There is also a dining room and office space with plenty of light. The corner kitchen and living room offer panoramic views of the city with window seats from which to admire it. The sleek, white kitchen has the best in kitchen appliances for entertaining by the light of the nighttime skyline.

Brazilian mahogany floors, high ceilings and picture windows add to the sophistication. Of course, there is a large master suite closet befitting one of the world’s top supermodels and a bathroom with a soaking tub with marble accents.

Located in SoHo, the apartment is just around the corner from unending shopping and dining opportunities. It's also a trendy area where fashion lovers tend to congregate. Designer Marc Jacobs owns a condo nearby and newlyweds Adam Levine and his Victoria’s Secret model wife have recently moved into the neighborhood.
