BHOPAL: Bharatiya Mahila Bank (BMB) Ltd inaugurated its 39 th branch in the country in Bhopal here on Monday. Chairman and MD Usha Anantha Subramanian said that the bank was keen on leveraging technology in banking to the advantage of all its customers.
She said that the bank would soon launch its mobile banking facility which would include many unique features including simple steps fund transfer facility.
BMB mobile banking will provide an entire gamut of banking services, she added.
BMB is already offering internet banking facility which is a very customer friendly, easy to use facility, with many value added features besides the regular features, she said. The internet banking facility has lot of unique features like enabling the customer to open fixed deposits, recurring deposits, tax savings products through online.
When in need, the customers can also access their fixed deposits and opt for the premature facility if they have been opened online. Komal Kali bank's unique Recurring deposit product for girl children can also be opened through BMB smart banking.
Bank's women centric products like BMB Parvarish, BMB Annapurna, BMB Shringaar etc aim at encouraging women in SME sector. BMB also actively participates in the PM's Jan Dhan Yojana. All the branches of the bank conduct financial literacy camps on every Saturday, she added.
BMB already has 38 branches across the country, in almost all the State capitals - all branches on CBS and with onsite ATMs.
