KUALA LUMPUR: Acting DAP national chairman Tan Kok Wai maintained in a High Court on Monday that he never issued any media ban over Teratai assemblyman Jenice Lee Ying Ha’s defamation suit against him.
Tan, 57, said Lee had sent two defamatory statements to reporters using her cell phone on July 3 last year, implying that he would be applying for a media ban.
