The District Congress Committee, in association with the city Congress committee and the Mahila Congress Committee, is conducting a rangoli competition on January 12 at Ghantasala College of Music and Dance from 9 a.m to 12 noon. The competition is open to all, and there is no restriction on entries. Organisers will present a cash award of Rs. 5,000 as first prize, Rs. 3,000 as second prize and Rs. 2,000 as third prize. There will be consolation prizes as well. Prizes will be distributed by APCC president N. Raghuveera Reddy.
