Yuzhou Properties (01628) said its accumulated sales for the full year of 2014 was Rmb12,001 million with corresponding GFA sold of about 1.2 million square metres, an increase of 9.5% and 15.3% from a year earlier. The average selling price was Rmb9,972 per square metres.
In addition, about Rmb684 million was subscribed but in the process of signing contracts. The annual sales were lower than the target of Rmb13.2 billion.
In December 2014, Yuzhou Properties achieved sales of around Rmb1,983 million with corresponding GFA sold of around 228,684 square metres, an increase of 1.51 times and 1.92 times over the same period last year. The average selling price was Rmb8,671 per square metre.
