Yuvi is a champion, but it's the selectors who take a call: Mayanti

Soon after the inclusion of all-rounder Stuart Binny in the 15-member squad of the forthcoming cricket World Cup, folks on social media got busy trolling the cricketer and his sports presenter wife Mayanti Langer.
While many posted that Stuart was plain 'lucky' to get a gorgeous wife as well as find a place in the squad, what created a brouhaha was Binny's selection over Yuvraj Singh. Broach the topic and Mayanti says, "Yuvi is a champion, but it's the selectors who take a call.I am not the right person to comment on this."
Expressing delight over Stuart's selection, she adds, "I am really proud of him. I have a lot of faith in the men in blue." Unperturbed by the trolling on social media, she says, "Stuart and I are extremely private, so we are not too much into it. Besides, I don't see any connection between me and Stuart's selection."
Speaking of her probable presence at the World Cup, she states, "I might go there in the professional capacity of a presenter. If not, whether I will be in the stands with other WAGs is undecided yet, it depends on the BCCI's regulations."
