GeoGlobal Resources Inc. is an international oil and gas exploration and production company. The Company has interests in India, Israel and Colombia. The Company holds interests in the Krishna Godavari Block - KG-OSN-2001/3 (KG). The KG Block, which covers over 530.5 square kilometers, is on the east coast of the state of Andhra Pradesh in South Eastern India in the Krishna-Godavari Basin. It is partnered in approximately four blocks in the Cambay Basin in Northwest India, which include Tarapur 1, Tarapur 2, Sanand/Miroli Block and Ankleshwar Block. The Tarapur 1 block covers approximately 2,400 acres. The Tarapur 2 block includes the Tarapur Ring Fence (RF) block, which covers approximately 297,520 acres. It holds interests in approximately two blocks, including Myra and Sara Blocks, which are located in the Leviathan gas field of the Levantine Basin. It holds interests in the Putumayo Block 6 and Putumayo Block 7, which are located in the Putumayo basin in southwest Colombia.
