Somalia's Interim Jubba Administration (IJA) and the Interim South-western Administration (ISWA) have signed an agreement to collaborate in fighting al-Shabaab, Somalia's Goobjoog News reported Tuesday (January 6th).
"The leaders consulted and agreed to facilitate every effort that will improve the ties between the regional states and promote the development of the region," said ISWA Minister of Information Hassan Abdi Mohamed.
