Ooredoo Q.S.C. ("Ooredoo") - Ticker: ORDS.QA today announced that the Cassation Court in Kuwait has issued a verdict in favour of Ooredoo Kuwait, accepting its appeal, rejecting the suit and annulling the verdict issued from the Appeal Court on 18 February 2014 in the civil suit number (2948/2012) which obliges the company to pay to the Ministry of Communications the amount of 36,692,801 (thirty six million and six hundred and ninety two thousand and eight hundred and one Kuwaiti Dinar) in addition to one third of the litigation expenses.
