For the first time since 2010, Southbound was a sellout.
Many tickets to the two-day music festival were snaffled well before Christmas and anyone who missed out on the final 100 last-minute passes at the gate had only online scalpers to turn to.
Southbound 2015 was the first year festival-goers could camp with their vehicles but still had to leave their booze at home. Anyone caught attempting to bring alcohol into the campgrounds had their tickets - along with those of everyone else in the car - cancelled and had to return home immediately.
Some of the highlights from the Busselton event included the final hurrah for Bluejuice, rapper Joey Bada$$ (who made the news for other reasons on Monday), old-school Aussie festival favourites Spiderbait, electronic ARIA-winning duo Empire of the Sun and, of course, the irrepressible Salt N Pepa.
