Shantanu Moitra's next is a 7 episode music series on the Ganges

Music director Shantanu Moitra intends to return to his non-Bollywood music space in a big way in 2015.

Shantanu has completed shooting for an elaborate seven episode series that will rediscover ragas and tunes surrounding the river Ganga. The series is expected to include his favourite artistes Shreya Ghoshal and Swanand Kirkire as well. "I am going to do a series this year with OML (Only Much Louder) that is a musical journey of the Ganges from Gangotri to Bay of Bengal.There are seven episodes with seven musicians and celebrity friends of mine. Each episode will be shot with one artist and we will discover one part of the river with the art and ethos of the region. It's already shot and ready," confirms Moitra.
