John Bosco (37), a resident of Chinna Mudali Street at Tindivanam, was fatally knocked down when he was going for a morning walk on Wednesday.
While he was crossing the Tindivanam flyover a van coming from behind knocked him down. The driver abandoned the vehicle. Passersby arranged for taking Mr. Bosco to the hospital where he succumbed.
The police have booked a case and launched the hunt for the van driver. - Special Correspondent
