Rudhramadevi's regal look to be revealed soon

Anushka starrer Rudhramadevi is all set to release in 2015 and Gunasekhar, the director and producer of the film, is leaving no stone unturned to showcase the grandeur of the film, prior to its release. The filmmaker has been toying with the idea of making a film on Rudhramadevi, the 13th century queen who ruled over the Kakatiya kingdom, for several years now and finally, the film is in the post-production phase.
Apparently, Rudhramadevi is the first Telugu film and only the second Indian film, after Jodha Akbar, where real jewellery was used by the actors. As per the makers, jewellery worth Rs 5 crores, which was supplied by a leading Chennai based jewellery brand, has been used in the film and Gunasekhar will showcase a sneakpeek of all this in the latest teaser which will be revealed on New Year's Eve.
Rana Daggubati has also played the lead role in this big budget period drama and it also stars Prakash Raj, Catherine Tresa, Allu Arjun, Nithya Menen and several other actors in important roles. Ilayaraja has scored the music.
