Police arrested two North Kingstown men on charges of robbing the Citizens Bank on West Shore Road in Warwick, R.I. NBC-10 reported that Michael Watts, 25, and Andrew Feinstein, 26, face several charges including second-degree robbery and conspiracy. Feinstein was also charged with possession of heroin. Both were taken into custody by North Kingstown police. Watts was remanded to the Adult Correctional Institutions facility in Cranston on $50,000 bail. Police said they have recovered some of the money in that Friday robbery as well as other evidence that links the two men to the crime.
