Popularity enjoyed by Hindi TV serial Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah characters(at least in Gujarat) is incomparible when it comes to TV shows. This was once again witnessed on Thursday during Dilip Joshi(Jethalal)’s visit to Kutch.

Dilip Joshi who plays the main character Jethalal in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashamah was in Kutch on Thursday to inaugurate Amrut Baug resort at Kharoi village developed by late Raychand Korshi Shah.

Jethalal arrived at Bhuj airport and moved to Bhachau railway station. Later he went to Ananddham nature cure center and Amruta baug in open car. He also visited Dinosaur park, science center and handicraft bazar here. Amrut baug has royal gate, decorated bullock cart, camel, tractor, chhakda vehicles etc attractions for visitors. It has a maze created by trees, small water body and boating facilities for visitors.

Kutchi artists played bhajans, folk songs and kafi. A laser show was displayed on life and works of Raychand Shah who developed Amrut Baug.

Large number of people had gathered to watch their favorite TV serial actor and cultural events at Amrut baug.
