Fire at bed factory, no injuries

The incident occurred at around 2 pm on Friday, no workers were injured
Hyderabad: A major fire broke out in a bed manufacturing factory at Tata Nagar in Katedan on Friday afternoon.
Mailardevpally police said the factory was owned by one Vinod. The incident occurred at around 2 pm on Friday. No workers were injured. The factory has 25 workers. Five fire tenders rushed to the spot and tried to control the fire with the help of water tankers.
As some chemical drums were stored inside the factory it was very difficult to control the fire, officials said. The loss due to the fire is expected to be around Rs 30 lakh.
