Dig into winter food

With the onset of winter, Khandani Rajdhani introduces ‘Hemant-e-Rutu’, a winter food festival. This is the time to savour the finest of winter delicacies prepared at the restaurant.

The festival highlights include the ever-popular ‘undhiyu’, ‘bajri rotla’, ‘haldi ki subzi’, ‘sarso ka saag’, ‘gajar halwa’ and more.

Rajdhani’s signature ‘undhiyu’ is a combination of sweet, sour and spicy tastes subtly blended with farm fresh vegetables like green garlic, ‘tuver’, ‘lilva’, ‘surti papadi’ and sweet potato.

Commenting on the occasion, Aji Nair, vice president, F&B Division, Mirah Hospitality, said, “This is one of the most exciting times at Rajdhani. Our customers eagerly wait for this festival. Guests have relished our winter delicacies all these years and it’s indeed a pleasure to organise the festival once again.

We will be serving traditional Marwari and Gujarati dishes with the best ingredients of the season. Our ‘Corporate Maharajs’ across all our units will be preparing these dishes on a rotational basis so that there’s something new served each day throughout this month-long festival.”

The festival is on till January 10 at the Rajdhani outlets in Indiranagar, JP Nagar, Mantri Square Mall, Royal Meenakshi Mall, Orion Mall, The Forum Value Mall, Phoenix MarketCity and Koramangala.
