President Obama wears many hats ... and he can also rock a tiara.

He donned a pretty pink tiara while posing for a photo with a Girl Scout troop from Oklahoma, but we haven't seen his princess moment until now.

The photo was taken in June at the annual White House Science Fair, but White House photographer Pete Souza decided to release it Christmas week while editing photos from the year.

"Still editing 2014 Year in Photos. I may include this one even though it's a posed photo. This is from the annual White House Science Fair. The kids from Girl Scout Troop 2612 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, convinced the President to wear a tiara with them for their group photo. The girls had exhibited a Lego flood proof bridge project," Pete Souza wrote in the Instagram caption.

Those sweet little girls managed to pull off what a group of adults couldn't. Last year, the Navy's football team presented their Commander in Chief with a special helmet as a trophy and he revealed a stern guideline.

"Here's the general rule: You don't put stuff on your head if you're president. That's politics 101. You never look good wearing something on your head."

We're glad he could bend his own rules just this once ... because silver and pink are totally his colors.
