Musicians under the banner of the P.M.K.M. Fine Arts paid musical tributes to award-winning musician, singer and composer Chakri.

Members of the Laya Orchestra led by Elapata A.R.Laya kept the audience spellbound, singing select songs composed by Chakri on Thursday night. ‘Jagamanta Kutumbam Naadi’, stood as highlight during the musical nite held at the C.V.N. Reading Room open air theatre.

Singers, including Raghu and Annapurna, also sang evergreen melodies of Ghantasala to remember among others granite baron P. Anand who died recently, said P.M.K.M. founder president P. Venkata Ramana.
